Trips are international experiences designed to empower you to connect your unique story to a global narrative. While exploring new countries, and discovering the stories of others, you are encouraged to reflect on the stories that have shaped your life and the connections or commonalities with people in another country. The process allows you to see that all of us have more in common than anything that might separate us.
Each morning begins with breakfast conversations focused on 4 questions:
What are you learning about your own story as you meet and interact with new people?
How does this experience shape who you are meant to be in the world as a global citizen
in a global community?
How might this experience encourage or inspire you to think more expansively about
your purpose, impact and influence?
What is the new narrative that you would like to write for yourself and live into as a result of this experience?
On each trip, you will visit communities to learn from leaders who are addressing issues such as overcoming poverty, job creation, small business development, and higher education. Our founder, Romal Tune also hosts a student leaders dinner during the trip so that participants can meet students who are receiving scholarships through the ClereStory Education Fund.
